Jeremy over at Juggler.org wrote the fantastic instructions for this project, which you can find here. His tutorial is extremely easy to follow and the materials required are easy to find (but you can always use McMaster-Carr if you need to buy something).
The result is a set of inexpensive, simple clubs that look decent and work extremely well. More photos here.

I finally designed a simple stand to orient my laptop vertically, significantly reducing it’s footprint and granting me more desk space.
It was cut out of 1/4” Acrylic on a Laser Cutter at the Georgia Tech Invention Studio, and fastened together with my all-time favorite method, t-slots. More photos here.
