Allez Kindle Holder
My Dad reads and bikes a lot. During the winter, when the New Jersey weather keeps him and his bike from getting outside, he rides on his trainer in the basement.
Over Winter Break, he asked if I could make him a Kindle Mount for his Specialized Allez so he could read while riding.
I put the project off until gaining access to the Invention Studio’s Laser Cutter. At that point, it only took me a week to design, prototype, and ship the holder to NJ.
According to him, it works quite well, with minimal vibration. It’s secured to the handlebars and stem of his bike with three cable ties. Those things are handy!
